Programs & Events
The Summer Reading Program is held every year in June and July. Outside speakers come on Mondays to talk about a variety of topics. Past Speakers include the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Texas A&M Oceanography program, Camp Allen Nature Center and more! There is no charge for these programs and membership to the library is not required.
Students can also sign up and receive a reading log for the summer. If they read 30 minutes a day, Monday-Friday, they can bring their log in each week for fun prizes like free ice cream coupons, laser tag coupons, bubbles, inflatables and more!

READ BETWEEN THE WINES BOOK CLUB
Do you enjoy a good book and a glass of wine? Come join us the last Monday of the month at 5:30 PM for "Read Between the Wines"! Casual conversation and delicious wine make this one of our favorite events.
